They usually grow their own food to cook and many of them have farms with animals on them. In terms of cooking, it depends on who progressive their church is. Most would use a gas stove to cook food
The father/head of the household would sit at the head of the table with the wife beside him. The youngest child would usually sit beside mother. For dinner guests, husbands and wives would be sat together and the rest "young people" would be placed with someone of the same sex. If the table is too crowded, there would be a children's table.
They pray before every meal. After, there's clean up. If there are dinner guests, the woman take care of the clean up, the men sit in a different room and the children go out and play.
No shunned foods unless it comes from a shunned person.
